Other destinations and custom trips are also welcome when they are a good fit for WanderLuna’s planning approach.

How do I begin planning a trip?

Use the Plan My Trip button on this page to complete a short inquiry form and share what you already know about your travel ideas. I will review your information, follow up with any initial questions, and explain the best next step for your trip.

Does WanderLuna charge a planning fee?

Some trips include a planning fee, and others do not. Fees are most likely to apply to custom itinerary design or guidance for travelers who prefer to make their own bookings. Any applicable fee and what it covers will be explained before planning begins, so there are no surprises.

Can you help with accessibility and sensory needs?

Yes. Mobility, sensory preferences, pacing, transportation, room needs, and other individual considerations can be included in the planning process. Important accessibility details are verified directly with suppliers whenever possible, and we will discuss your specific needs before recommendations are made.

How far in advance should I begin planning?

Earlier is usually better, especially for cruises, theme park vacations, international travel, multigenerational trips, and heritage journeys that require additional research. Six to twelve months is a helpful starting point for many trips, but you are welcome to inquire even if your travel dates are closer.
